Brewers get it. The "it" they get is water. For them, it's all about the water every day, which is why we denizens of Planet Beer love what they do with water, and why we thank them for their generous support of the Umpqua Brew Fest, and the host organization, Umpqua Watersheds, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

For Breweries and Distilleries Interested in Contributing:

OK, down to the bottom line:
From Breweries and Distributors We Request: keg donation(s); tap handles and jockey boxes, if available; brewery signage; coasters, stickers, or other freebies; and your attendance as our guests.
UBF Provides: thousands, of customers tasting your products and recognizing your brand in southern Oregon’s growing craft beer market; pouring stations; keg tubs and ice; volunteer servers and keg crew; space to display your banner at a serving station; your logo on the UBF website and listing in the festival program.

As guests of the host organization, Umpqua Watersheds, we encourage you to attend the Umpqua Brew Fest. Our volunteer servers are available to pour your tasty beverage, but if you prefer to pour please abide by the same rules as the volunteer servers. No drinking if you intend to pour and the limit line on the tasting glass must be met. If you have more questions, contact the volunteer coordinator for specific and important instructions. We would love for you to pour your product and allow you the opportunity to provide information to our festival-goers about your beer and brewery. We encourage swag giveaways but we cannot be responsible for merchandise or cash that is lost or stolen. All supplies and equipment should be removed from the venue by the following day at 10 am unless specific arrangements have been made with the Umpqua Brew Fest chair to secure the items. Thank you for your understanding.
